Girls Varsity Volleyball

Coach Putnam has been coaching volleyball for over 14 years. He has coached all levels from middle school to Varsity as well as travel and club. He has also run a co-ed open adult league for over 17 years in Fairfax, Virginia. In 2019, he took the position as head Coach of the Centreville High School Volleyball program. Additional experience over the years has included 7-8th grade girls travel team coach with Chantilly Volleyball Club, U18 boys assistant coach with Braddock Road Volleyball Club, and head coach for multiple co-ed high school teams that compete at the state level in Pennsylvania. His teams have been very successful over the years with 5 NVIAC regional championships, 3 years of undefeated divisional play, 3rd place finish at the NHSVBT National Volleyball Championship in Omaha, Nebraska, as well as being 4-time winners of VHSAA state championships. Geoff joined Manassas Volleyball Club in 2017 as Assistant Coach of the Manassas Volleyball Club U18 AAU National Tournament team and currently serves as U18 Head Coach and Assistant Club Director. He also works with players on an individual level to improve their on-court performance both physically as well as mentally. His passion is to see all players realize their full potential on the court and, above all, to enjoy the game.  Coach Putnam is USAV Impact Certified.
