Lamar Hardy

Varsity Football

This is Coach Lamar Hardy's second year on the Wildcats' staff. Coach Hardy is a graduate of Westfield High School where he was 1st Team All District, 1st Team All Region, and All State Honorable Mention at Defensive Back. He went on to play football at Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts where he was a four year starter on a defense that led the division with 21 interceptions. Coach Hardy was invited to be a starter in the Dream Bowl All-Star Game in Virginia Beach in 2017, was on Team USA earning a Silver Medal in the 2018 College World Championship in Harbin, China, and went on to become the MVP of the Western Australia Football League in 2019 as a member of the Claremont Jets. Most recently Coach Hardy played professionally for the FAM/LFA Mexico League in 2020 until the season was suspended due to Covid-19. Coach Hardy earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Design and Corporate Communication with a double minor in Sports Management and Sociology from Bentley University as well as a master's degree in Sports and Recreation Studies with a Graduate Certificate in Sports Coaching from George Mason University.
