Centreville was hoping to bounce back from a tough loss versus Westfield. Centreville played their last regular season home game which means it was senior night. 26 football players were honored as well as Cross Country, the cheerleaders, the dance team and the band. The team came out behind flag bearer,Deonte Edmonds. The captains for the game were Rafael Walker, Mark Brown, Carter Egbers and Dylan Cooper. Chantilly received the kickoff and were forced to punt. Centreville would  receive the ball at their 46 and would score in two plays.  Julian Garrett had an 11 yard run and Deonte Edmonds scored a 47 yard touchdown making the score 7-0. Chantilly would punt on their next two drives and Centreville would punt as well. On Centreville's third drive of the game they got the ball to the two yard line but the clock expired with the score at 7-0.

 
 

On the first play of the second quarter, Deonte Edmonds scored a two yard touchdown making the score 14-0. Chantilly would score on their next drive. On Centreville's next drive, they would score. They converted a 4th and ( with a touchdown. Jammel Siler threw to ball to Julian Garrett and Centreville scored a 37 yard touchdown. The PAT was good making the score 21-7. Both teams would have drives before the next score with no major plays. Centreville got the ball after Charlie Salette forced a fumble and Marco Tillard would recover it. Isaiah Culver would continue the drive after he made a spectacular diving catch on the 1 yard line. Jameel Siler would keep the ball and score making the score 28-7. Chantilly would receive the ball back but wouldn’t have enough time to score. The score at the end of the 1st half was 28-7.

 

Centreville received the kickoff and scored on the first play. Julian Garrett ran for a 46 yard touchdown making the score 35-7. Chantilly, however, would score on their next drive making the score 35-14. Centreville would continue the scoring with a 1 yard touchdown run by Julian Garrett. The PAT was good and the score was 42-14 with 2:27 left in the 3rd quarter. Chantilly would score again and the score was now 42-21. Centreville would get the ball back, but there was not enough time left in the third quarter. The quarter ended 42-21.   

 

Centreville would score again with Isaiah Culver who ran for 29 yards and a touchdown. The PAT was good and the score was 49-21 Centreville. No other team would score again and the game would end 49-21.
