The girls were hoping to continue their winning form on their senior night. The seniors were Camryn Conklin, Megan Gomeiz, Anna Yee, and Farrah Tokam. The seniors were honored for their accomplishments. All of the seniors started the game plus Aleigh Gambone. Farrah Tokam was on the tip, but Robinson won it. No team scored in the first 2 and half minutes. The first points of the game were scored by Aleigh Gambone. Megan Gomeiz scored next with a three pointer. Aleigh Gambone was fouled and made one of her free throws. Farrah Tokam came up with a huge block. Camryn Conklin ended the quarter running down the court and scoring 2 points. The 1st quarter ended with a score of 8-0 in favor of Centreville.
Centreville started with the ball and Ruth Axton scored 2 on a 3 on 1 chance. Callie Doyle and Camryn Conklin both stole the ball from Robinson. Camryn Conklin would then hit a three pointer to extend Centreville’s lead. Ruth Axton would score the next points with another three-pointer. Callie Doyle scored the next points and Aleigh Gambone stole the ball and scored another two. Tatiyone Clagett would score. Robinson would score their first points of the game with two free throws. Ruth Axton would end the half with a three pointer and the score 25-02 in favor of Centreville.
Robinson started with the ball, but Centreville scored the first points from Tatiyone Clagett. Robinson would score a few times, but Centreville would as well. Aleigh Gambone and Ashley Martin would score to increase Centreville’s total. Robinson would score a few more times and Centreville would score only once more with a 2 from Kyra Saunders. The third quarter would end with a score of 33-11.
Centreville started with the ball and Camryn Conklin hit a three. Kyra Saunders would score the next points. Ashley Martin would score the next points for Centreville after Robinson scored a few. All the seniors’ entered the game and Anna Yee would score Centreville’s last points of the game. Robinson would score some more but they couldn’t take the lead. The game ended 45-20.
