MEET CENTREVILLE VS. WESTFILED

THE MEET PROGRAM/SCHEDULE IS IN FILES FOR THIS MEET AND THE ENTRIES ARE ALSO IN FILES!

I want to thank everyone for their patience with the COVID-19 matter! We are back now!

The meet is on for this Saturday at Westfield HS. It had to be changed from Centreville because of some work and pile wood covering portions of our track. So, in order for this to work, we need at least 10 parents, family members to assist with this meet or it will not be run correctly. We are responsible for timing and working the long and triple jump! We need assistance with these events! email me if you or a family member will be assisting in this meet today if possible.

Our District/Regional qualifier is in the next 10 days. We may have a meet on the 25or 26 to make up for our meet last week.

SO.....STAY TUNE!

Thank you!

Tri Meet 1-16-21 Chantilly, Madison, Centreville

Good Evening:

Because we received a report that our track program may have been exposed to COVID-19 during this past week. Out of an abundance of caution, we’re pausing indoor activities until further notice. This will allow time to consult with the Health Department and gather information to guide public health actions, which will limit the spread of COVID-19.

So, our meet is canceled for Centreville this week. We will wait on the Health Department for our next steps! Enjoy your weekend and stay SAFE!

2020-21 Indoor Track and Field

Dear Centreville Community,

Beginning Tuesday, November 3, FCPS activities and athletic programs will transition to a new online student registration system.  This new system offers a host of benefits for schools and community members including:

  • One stop shop for registering your student for athletic programs and many common activities occurring throughout the school year
  • Electronic submission of the emergency care card and weight room waiver- only have to fill these out once!
  • A new home for the state-mandated concussion education program

Each family will create an account and from this account, can register their student(s) for various activity and athletic opportunities.  While registering does not guarantee a spot on the team, this information will help to ensure your student is ready to go on the first day of tryouts.  Students can be registered for one or more activities throughout the year and families can sign in as needed to update information.

Please note the following:

  • You will still need to submit a valid VHSL Pre-participation Exam Form (physical) directly to the school prior to your student’s participation; all other requirements will be completed through this registration process.
  • Families who have already submitted their concussion education verification form will be asked to verify completion again as part of the registration process.  We do apologize for any inconvenience- please bear with us as we make this change

The new registration site is available here: https://centreville-ar.rschooltoday.com/

Here is the step by step guide to registration for parents: https://www.training.rschooltoday.com/sites/training.rschooltoday.com/files/files/Jacob/AR%20Parent%20QSG%20%202018.pdf
