Yellow Day Practices- Conditioning days.  Please bring running sneakers and dress appropriately for the weather.  All Yellow Day practices will be held at the Centreville High School stadium.  

February- 12, 14        3:30-5 pm

February- 16              10-11:30 AM      

Please remember to complete the physical and turn it into the athletic trainer so you are eligible to participate in yellow and green days.  The physicals have to dated after May 1st and are required and mandatory for everyone.  Forms are located http://www.wearecville.com/main/otherad/contentID/39946984
