Cross Country Dates to Remember

Remember to double check the school athletic site and the Schoology group (code is 7SG6-GB88-XVHX9) for updates.

• June 13 – Summer training begins (check calendar)
• June 15 – Physical night at Family Medicine of Clifton/Centreville from 6 – 8 PM register here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f0844aaab2ca2f58-athletic1
• July 16 – Car wash @ Union Mill Shell Station in the Colonnade from 8 AM – 1 PM
• July 17 – 22 – Capon Ridge Cross Country Camp (attendance is optional)
• July 26 – Physical check-in with Ms. Mac from 11 AM – 1 PM (Check in with the athletic trainer to see if your physical/paperwork is turned in)
• August 1 – FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE 7 AM ON THE TRACK
• August 13 – Car wash @ Union Mill Shell Station in the Colonnade from 8 AM – 1 PM
• August 19 – Runathon on the track, 5:30 – 10 PM
• August 22 – First day of school

Any student interested in running cross country should attend the interest meeting after school on Monday, May 23 at 3 PM in the cafeteria.

You will receive information on summer training and what you should do before practice starts on August 1!
