Centreville was hoping to continue their home winning streak against rivals Chantilly. The starters for the game were Marcus Mack, Nathaniel Goldhammer, Caleb Emeogo, Bryce Douglas, and Tyler Lohman. Tyler Lohman was on the tip, but Chantilly won it. Centreville would score the first points, however, after Caleb Emeogo stole the ball and passed it to Bryce Douglas who scored a two pointer to starts the scoring. For the next few scoring chances Centreville and Chantilly would alternate with Tyler Lohman and Nathaniel Goldhammer, scoring twice. The first foul of the game was on Caleb Emeogo and Chantilly would only hit one free throw.  Chantilly would commit three straight fouls and Caleb Emeogo would convert 2/4 of his free throws. Tyler Lohman hit two three’s for Centreville. Chantilly ended the quarter by scoring two and giving a score of 16-12 in favor of Centreville.

 

Centreville started the second quarter with the ball and scored the first points with a Marcus Mack three-pointer. Centreville would score a two from Bryce Douglas and Tyler Lohman. Chantilly would score 7 straight points as well as a two to end the quarter. Centreville would score before the end of the quarter with a 2 from Nathaniel Goldhammer.  The score at the end of the first half was 26-23 In favor of Centreville.

 

Chantilly started with the second half with the ball. Centerville would start the game on a 6-2 run with two three pointers. The points were scored by Caleb Emeogo and Marcus Mack. Chantilly would score 11 straight points. It would end after Chantilly fouled Bryce Douglas and he scored a free throw. Chantilly would score two free throws, but Centreville would do the same with Bryce Douglas to end the quarter. The 3rd quarter would end with a score of 39-35 in favor of Chantilly.

 

Centreville started with the ball. Centreville would start off the scoring with a free throw from Bryce Douglas and a jump shot by Marcus Mack. Centreville would foul Chantilly twice and Chantilly would make 2 of their 4 shots. A Chantilly player was assessed a technical foul and Marcus Mack made one of the free throws. Marcus Mack, then, hit a three pointer to tie the game with 2 minutes and 20 seconds left.   Centreville would score two from Bryce Douglas giving them the lead. Chantilly, however would quickly match that with two points of their own. Marcus Mack would hit two free throws, but Chantilly would score again this time with 43.7 seconds left. Bryce Douglas would again score a game winning shot with 1.5 seconds left giving Centreville a 47 – 45 win over Chantilly.
