Centreville 2 Falls Church 3 4/29/16 Centreville was hoping to rebound from their loss against Westfield. The starters were Nicholas Winans, Drew Lawrence, Steven Kim, Kyle Lewis, Natnael Digafe, Collin Harrell, Gabriel Velasco, Ramez Bakhtari, John Holt, Nik Hoffman and David Daniel. Falls Church started with the ball but Centreville had the first chance of the game. Ramez Bakhtari received a cross but the ball was cleared before he could take a shot. Falls Church has the next group of chances but Nicholas Winans came up with save for all of them. Centreville next chance was a shot from Connor Logsdon. Falls Church continued their chances but they did not score. The last chance of the half was for Centreville. Natnael Digafe took the free kick but the cross was too far. The ball was crossed in again but it was cleared and the half ended. 0-0 at the end of the 1st half. Centreville started the ball and Gabriel Velasco had the first two chances of the half but neither turned into goals. Falls Church had a few chances and then they got a break. Centreville could not defend and the goalie came out and Falls Church scored 1-0. The next few minutes there were three yellow cards and a few free kicks. Centreville mounted an attack and won a penalty kick. Natnael Digafe took the penalty kick and scored it . 1-1 Falls Church had two quick shots. One of them was saved by Nicholas Winans while the other went into the back of the net to give Falls Church the lead. 2-1. Centreville kicked off and almost instantly Gabriel Velasco sot into the top left corner and scored a great goal. 2-2. Gabriel Velasco after this goal had two more chances but Falls Church had the one after that. The got a Corner kick and they headed the ball into the back of the net. 3-2. Centreville was pressing a lot and had a great chance when Drew Lawrence passed to Gabriel Velasco but the shot was just wide. The Game ended when the referee called Drew Lawrence offside. 3-2 Falls Church.
